SHIPPING INFO:
Domestic 48 United States - Via DHL ground to a street address.   All other locations (i.e., Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.) please call for ordering & shipping information. Non-monogrammed orders are normally shipped within 2 business days. Please note: Monogramming adds 7 days to shipping process. If any delays in shipping occur, we will notify you by phone or e-mail.

RETURN POLICY:
We take pride in our reputation for top quality products and excellent value. If for any reason you do not want the items you ordered from My NapPak, Inc., you have 30 days from the date of transaction to return them for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Tags must be attached and products must be in original condition and unmonogrammed in order for this agreement to be honored. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If any items are damaged or the wrong fabric pattern is sent, we will pay for the return shipping and send the correct item or if that fabric pattern is no longer available, we will refund your money. All items have been inspected prior to shipment

State sales tax will be an 8.25% charge to Texas residents only.
